Guidelines for Using Artwork That Includes My Watermark
You are generally free to use illustrations that display a Watermark, provided you stay within the rules.

Allowed
- • Saving the artwork
- • Using it as an icon, profile picture, or header
- • Using it in memes or videos
- • Editing it as long as the original artwork remains recognizable
- • Making non-commercial personal merchandise (Do not distribute or sell it. For personal use only.)
- • Reposting (Please make it clear that the artwork was created by Crystal_Snow.)
Not Allowed
- • Using it for AI training
- • Removing my watermark or signature from the artwork
- • Claiming the artwork as your own
- • Any commercial use
- • Using it on adult websites
- • Editing or altering it so much that the original artwork is no longer recognizable
- • Using it for political purposes
- • Using it for harassment, hate, or defamatory purposes

Guidelines for Photos Containing People
For anyone other than the people shown in the photo.
Some photos I take at events may include creators or other attendees.
Even if someone publicly shows their face online (their "real-life appearance"), it does not necessarily mean they have given permission for others to repost or reuse photos of them.
Please do not repost or use these photos if the people in them are clearly recognizable. Please respect their privacy.
These event photos are shared as memories of the event and our interactions. However, everyone has different preferences regarding their privacy and how their photos are shared. If you need to repost or use one of these photos, please blur, cover, or censor any recognizable faces when appropriate.

If you appear in a photo that I took, you are welcome to use it. However, even if you are one of the people shown, some uses may not be permitted.
